The black cod with Meleng FBOP and French Earl Grey broth dish is a must have!

You are seeing two dishes of Black Cod with Meleng FBOP and French Earl Grey broth and Toothfish steamed with Gyokuro Samurai tea leaves here.

Apart from the main dish, I love how the Raspberry cream brulee was prepared less sweetened, unlike others that I tried so far.

My Morning Vibes

Thank you TWG Singapore that now my morning vibes will be infused with Haute Couture TWG Ethernal Summer Tea.   How lovely to begin each day with tea embellished with notes of sweet summer rose blossoms accented with raw berries!  You will love it if you are a rose + berries person.  It certainly adds on to my favourite tea list now!
